- 2Which of our strengths help us live our values in everyday work?
- 3Which concrete behaviours can we observe from tomorrow to truly live our values?
Facilitator tips
- Better to formulate a few truly concrete agreements (4–6) that are observable and verifiable – that is how they come alive in everyday work.
- Example: value “courage” – we have the courage to contribute new ideas and try new things. Strengths: creativity, self-confidence. Observable behaviour: we bring in unfinished ideas early, share first thoughts, ask for feedback and make room for new things.
Outcomes for your team
- Our team code: 4–6 concrete, observable team agreements.
- 3–5 shared values, connected with the matching strengths.
