Common questions
Are skills publicly visible?
No. Every skill has a visibility level: Private (only me), Team (team leads see it) or Organization. Private skills NEVER appear in team coverage or matching.
Can my manager edit my skills?
No. Members own their skill data completely. Admins can manage the skill catalog (which skills exist) but not a person's individual self-assessment.
How is AI used?
As a reflection aid, not an evaluator. AI generates insights ("may help", "a possible step could be"), never hard judgments like "this person is suitable/not suitable".
What does Skills Lens cost?
Skills Lens is an optional premium add-on for Studio customers. It can be enabled per organization. Pricing on request — 30-day free trial.
Can I import skills?
Yes. As owner or org-admin, download the CSV template, fill it with your skills, and upload. Duplicates are matched by name and updated.
