From Strength Awareness to Real Impact
Over the past few years, I’ve worked with countless teams and leaders on strengths—workshops, coaching sessions, assessments. The feedback was almost always positive.
People discover their strengths.
They’re excited.
They understand themselves better.
And then something happens that’s bothered me for a long time:
A few weeks later, little of that remains in their daily work.
Not because strengths don’t work.
But because they’re not embedded in the system of everyday work.
The real problem: Not awareness, but adoption
Many organizations today invest in strengths assessments or one-off initiatives. That creates awareness. But awareness alone doesn’t change behavior.
The key question is:
How do strengths become visible and usable in daily work?
In meetings.
In feedback conversations.
In team collaboration.
That’s where the difference lies between “we know our strengths” and “we actually use them.”
The next step: Strengthmaker Studio
That’s why we built the Strengthmaker Studio.
Not as another test.
Not as another workshop format.
But as a platform that integrates strengths into daily work.
The goal is clear:
Strengths shouldn’t just be understood—they should be actively used.
In teams.
In collaboration.
In real-life situations.
What makes the Studio different
Strengthmaker Studio starts exactly where most approaches stop:
- Strengths are made visible within teams
- They become part of reflection and feedback
- They support decision-making and collaboration
- They’re reinforced with AI-powered nudges in daily work
It’s not about one-time insights—it’s about continuous application.
Or, put another way:
The focus shifts from analysis to action.
Open Beta: Test now and shape the future
With the launch of the Open Beta, we’re opening the Studio to everyone who wants to join us on this journey.
You can test the Studio for free for 30 days.
The Open Beta runs until the end of June.
And this is especially important to me:
Your feedback will directly shape the future development.
Strengthmaker has always been shaped by the people who use it.
And that won’t change.
What does this mean for the existing app?
With the launch of the Studio, the original Strengthmaker app is also evolving.
The native app will be discontinued at the end of May
and is already being replaced by a new Personal App.
This remains free and will soon include optional premium features.
This creates a clear structure:
- Personal App for individual development
- Studio for teams and organizations
- A shared platform as the new home
A personal thank you
A step like this doesn’t happen in a vacuum.
A huge thank you to everyone who’s been part of Strengthmaker over the past few years:
To the app users,
to the Closed Beta testers,
to everyone who gave feedback, asked tough questions, and contributed ideas.
That trust and those insights have been—and continue to be—the foundation of everything we’re building now.
The start of something new
The Strengthmaker Studio isn’t a finished product—it’s the beginning of a new phase.
A phase where the focus isn’t just on recognizing strengths,
but on making them truly impactful in daily work.
I’m excited to see where this journey takes us.
And I’d love for you to join us.
